Laura Capik McGuire, JD

Laura Capik McGuire, JD is an associate attorney with Health Care Law Associates, P.C. and a consultant with Health Care Consulting, Inc. Ms. Capik McGuire regularly advises physicians in the areas of new physician hiring, contract terms and compensation, employment arrangements, compensation plans, mergers, and regulatory matters.

Ms. Capik McGuire joined The Health Care Group from Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer where she practiced medical malpractice and legal malpractice defense. Ms. Capik McGuire has experience defending hospitals, physicians, and other professionals throughout Pennsylvania.

Ms. Capik McGuire graduated from Widener University in 2002 with a degree in Biology and Environmental Science. While at Widener she was a member and captain of the cross-country, indoor and outdoor track teams. Subsequently, Laura earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, and a Certificate in Health Law with Honors, from Widener University School of Law.

Ms. Capik McGuire is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
