Sandra E. D. McGraw, JD, MBA

Sandra E. D. McGraw, JD, MBA, CEO, President of Health Care Consulting and Vice President of Health Care Law Associates, PC, has been advising physicians and their private practices since 1987 on a wide array of business, legal, strategic and operational issues that enable them to remain compliant with the array of federal and state laws while still operating efficiently.

Ms. McGraw has lectured extensively at many major medical schools and universities and on behalf of many national specialty societies and pharmaceutical companies. She is a frequent lecturer at the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons/American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA), the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and other national academies and societies.

Ms. McGraw is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Montgomery Bar Association. She was awarded her Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law and her MBA from the Villanova School of Business.

Ms. McGraw has authored over 150 articles and serves on the editorial board of The Doctor’s Office, an HCPro publication. She has co-authored Ophthalmology Practice Buy-ins and Pay-outs, various ophthalmology benchmarks publications and numerous specialty-based manuals written and peer reviewed for many specialty organizations and pharmaceutical companies. She has authored and maintained the Compliance Series of Manuals for The Health Care Group covering regulatory issues affecting medical and dental practices. Although Ms. McGraw represents physicians and surgeons in most all specialties, she is a frequent lecturer in the areas of ophthalmology, cardiology and oral surgery.
