Michael W. Federer

Michael W. Federer, JD, is an associate attorney with Health Care Law Associates, P.C. and a consultant with Health Care Consulting, Inc. Mr. Federer regularly advises physicians in the areas of new physician hiring, contract terms and compensation, employment arrangements, compensation plans, mergers and regulatory matters.

Mr. Federer joined The Health Care Group after having practiced at K&L Gates LLP and Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP where he maintained a general corporate law practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and the drafting of a wide variety of commercial agreements.

Mr. Federer graduated from The Ohio State University in 2002 with a degree in Finance, summa cum laude. Subsequently, Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, Michael served as an Articles Editor on the Journal of Legislation.

Mr. Federer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
