Linda Bove-DiFilippis

Linda Bove-DiFilippis is a paralegal with Health Care Law Associates, P.C., and a consultant with Health Care Consulting. Ms. Bove-DiFilippis specializes in the preparation of corporate documents and plan documents for retirement and pension plans, as well as financial analysis and benchmarking of practice performance. She works closely with attorneys, performing traditional and online research; maintaining corporate minutes, stock and financial accounting on behalf of clients; and coordinating the preparation and filing of a wide variety of legal and corporate documents. She also works extensively with the consultants of The Health Care Group (HCG) preparing staffing analysis, benchmarking, and maintaining database compliance.

Ms. Bove-DiFilippis on behalf of clients routinely processes applications and forms with a variety of state and federal agencies. She attends meetings with HCG principals and assists in the preparation of a variety of fiscal and corporate documents.

Ms. Bove-DiFilippis joined The Health Care Group in 1983. She earned her associates degree from Delaware County Community College and her paralegal certificate from Widener University. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries. She is not only adept at legal research and skilled in the use of all Microsoft Office suite tools, but she is also trained in the use of specialized computer applications used in pension plan and estate administration.
