SANDRA E.D. MCGRAW

Sandra E.D. McGraw, J.D., M.B.A., was a Principal and CEO of The Health Care Group, Inc and a Principal and Vice-President of Health Care Law Associates, P.C. in Plymouth Meeting, PA, where she practiced law and was a consultant since 1987. Within the firms, Sandra advised physicians, dentists and their private practices on a wide array of business, legal, strategic and operational issues.

Sandra received her Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut in 1982. She was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 1986 and completed her Masters in Business Administration from Villanova School of Business in 1987. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1986, began her career with The Heath Care Group in 1987, and became a partner with the firms in 1994.

In addition to her law and consulting practice, Sandra lectured extensively at many major medical schools, hospitals and universities and on behalf of many national specialty societies and pharmaceutical companies, including the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Ethicon, and Guidant. She represented physicians and dentists in virtually all specialties. She was a major contributor to and author of many publications designed to assist physicians and dentists and their practices in the efficient running of their companies, including Administrative Eyecare, EyeWorld, Forecast, On Managing, Transitions to Practice, Tools for Practice, Progress in Practice, Practice Nineties, Medical Practice Management, Managed Care for Obstetricians-Gynecologists, Physician Compensation Report, The Doctor’s Office and Physician’s Personal Advisory.

Sandra will be missed dearly by the public whom she served, her partners of more than twenty years, her professional peers and her beloved family and friends.
